1st conect ur phone whith ACTIVE SYNC and copy Regedit to phone then run it & go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then
SECURITY, then
POLICIES, then
AGAIN POLICIES

press value

THEN EDIT VALUES 00001001 TO 1
THEN EDIT VALUES 00001005 TO 40

Now copy cert.cab to phone & install

in the END Run LokiwizMsl.bat & wait for the code………….

put this code to ur phone & ur phone is unlocked
